1.
Students Management: In this page you can register student’s information
and picture. If your students do not have unique IDs, EExam will generate a new
automatically. In the Edit-Delete Students
Information section you can edit student’s data and delete them from database. By
removing student’s information, their results of previous exams will not removed
from database. You can change data to database table directly, but do not forget
save changes by click on Save Changes button. Also you can export data to Excel.

2. Groups Management: In this page you create
new groups. Every student belongs to a group (Class). This option in the future
will help you to search useful and generate abstract reports.
3. Register Candidates Exams: You can register
candidates exams before examination date. You enter needed information for start
an exam and EExam give you an Access Code. You can type your custom Access Code
too. Remember that Access Code must be a number and does not contain any alphabets
or symbols.
When students come to start exam, just open EExam and
then mark I Am A Candidate check box and type their Access Code to enter the exam.
4. Scores Management: When an exam finished
student’s score registered automatically, but if this does not occurred due to network
or computer problems, you can register scores manually by this page. Also you can
modify scores or delete old results. You can modify results data directly in data
table. Another option available here is Export Data To Excel and then create charts
or sort data and any actions that available in Microsoft Excel.
5. Exams Management: In this page you create
new exams. Exam Code must be unique. You enter total score and pass mark for each
exam separately. Exporting data to excel and change data directly in table are possible.
Keep in mind if you delete an exam, any questions related to it remain and do not
removed from database, therefore if you delete an exam suddenly, simply create a
new exam with the same Exam Code!
6. Syllabuses Management: In this page you
can add syllabuses for exams. Syllabus Name and Exam Code must be entered. You can
modify or delete syllabuses. Like removing exams, if you delete a syllabus, related
questions will not be removed from database. You can change data directly to table
and export table to Microsoft Excel.
7. Questions Management: In this page you can
add questions and then edit or delete them. When you enter to this page you have
two choices:
a)
Insert
New Question: By select this option you can add more questions to database.
To add questions you must select or fill in Exam Name, Syllabus name(if exist),
question, choices (between 2 to 6), correct answer(s) and question picture (if exist).
b)Edit-Delete Questions:
In this section you can edit or delete available questions. Other options available
here are: printing questions, filter questions by exam code, modifying questions
directly to data table and exporting question table to Microsoft Excel. Editing
questions include edit question, choices, correct answer(s) and picture.
8. Exam Templates Management: In this section
you create 2 types of templates:
a)
Templates
that have the same exam, number of questions, exam time and randomized option. By
creating this kind of template, exam manager will be comfortable to take exam from
students that are in the same class.
b)
Templates
for designing exams based on syllabuses. In this kind of templates you can define
what syllabuses will be in exam and how many questions will be selected from mentioned
syllabuses. To do that you must select exam, related syllabus and number of questions
that will be in exam from that syllabus. If you want to calculate number of questions
already selected for a given exam, select its Exam Code in the Current Number Of
Questions section and then click OK.
Modifying data directly to tables and exporting data tables
to Microsoft Excel are available too.
When you want to start an exam or register candidates
for an exam you can select Exam Template or Exam Syllabus to define exam conditions.
9. Exam Series Management: In this page you
create series of exams. Each exam belongs to a series. For Example: “Term 2 Of MCSE”
or “Course 7 – May2009”. Exam series
will registered with student’s score, so you can search results based on exam series.

10. Exam Interface Management: In this page
you configure graphical interface of exam. Background color, font, font size, font
color and font styles (Bold and/or Italic) are options that you can set. Also you
can enable or disable exam tools included Calculator, List marked Questions, Send
Message to Admin, Hide Clock, Pause exam and Student Picture.

11. Organization Information: In this page you
enter your organization information. This information will be used to issue certificates.
This information includes organization name, manager name, phone, fax, address,
website address, E-Mail address and organization logo picture.
12. Accounts Management: You use this page to
create new accounts for using EExam. You can delete old accounts and change password
of existing users.
